Songwon Industrial Group, the second-largest manufacturer of polymer stabilisers in the world, will be showcasing its high-performance solutions at CHINAPLAS 2016, together with its Joint Venture partners, Songwon Baifu – a global leader in thioesters and Qingdao Long Fortune Chemical & Auxiliary Co., Ltd. – a leading stabiliser supplier with a superb reputation among all the major polyolefin manufacturers in China.

Over the past few years, Songwon has focused on strengthening its overall presence in China. With its partners, Songwon currently has two manufacturing facilities in China. Fully back integrated with a capacity of 8000MT, the first is located in Tangshan and produces high quality thioester antioxidants for the Chinese market, as well as other key regions.
Currently in the final stages of construction, the second world class facility, dedicated to production of SONGNOX One Pack Systems, is located in the Qingdao area of Eastern China and is due to be fully operational in Q3/2016. Furthermore, to support its ambition to become a leading polymer stabiliser supplier in this important region, Songwon’s extensive range of products will also be sold through the Qingdao JV.
