Dyna-Purge has appointed ACIS Plastic Technologies as its new distributor of Dyna-Purge engineered thermoplastic purging compounds in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

Dyna-Purge, which is a division of Shuman Plastics, Depew, NY, US, signed the agreement with ACIS Plastic Technologies this month. ACIS has provided a variety of products, equipment and systems to the plastics industry in the Middle East for 30 years including sales, service and support for extrusion, rotational moulding, and other processing applications.

A continuous product innovation programme at Dyna-Purge has resulted in the company's line of ten different engineered purging compounds for cleaning injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding, compounding and blown film production equipment. Dyna-Purge products improve purging efficiency and performance while lowering purging costs for resin, colour and formulation changes, routine and preventive maintenance, and prior to machine shutdown and start-up.
