Saudi Plastics Factory, a leading Saudi Arabian plastic packaging producer, has purchased two hi-tech Graphium label presses from FFEI. The leading Saudi Arabian producer of plastic container and packaging purchased the digital hybrid, five-colour UV inkjet presses at LabelExpo Europe 2015 on October 2nd 2015.

Oman Freezone investment paves way for packaging growth
Investment in Oman's burgeoning Sohar Freezone cluster of food processing businesses is paving the way for more food packaging and logistics businesses to make the Sohar Port their home. Indeed, any major packaging players are already setting up plants in Sohar with, with Ompet establishing a $600 million facility producing some 250,000 tonnes of PET per year at the site.

Greiner wows Turkey with innovative packaging
Greiner Packaging presented its innovative packaging solutions at Eurasia Packaging in Istanbul. The show, which took place from October 22nd-25th, was the perfect platform for Greiner to bring its clever products for the food industry, such as products that incorporate both cardboard and plastic for a premium feel.
